From product manufacturer to solution provider.
SPA, Solution Providing Activities, is the latest development at Gel Matic. We no longer talk only about production, but about “well-being” that involves everyone connected with the company.
SPA is divided into three macro areas: GTECH, GCARE and GLEARN, which deal with the machine technology “on board”, with support in the global sense — from installation through to maintenance programmes — and with technical and operational learning.
This development has affected all company processes and extends across the entire life of the machine, starting with the design phase. A range of services that form a self-contained unit, involving customers and enabling correct and long-lasting use of the machine, which also benefits the environment.
