Ice cream dessert / milkshake machine – Gel Matic PASTRY GEL Pastry Gel was developed for producing ice cream desserts and milkshakes. It is available in two versions with different production capacities that optimise time and operating costs without compromising on performance. Blast freezing completes the production process for numerous creations such as ice lollies, wafer ice creams, ice cream cakes, single portions and semifreddo. With Pastry Gel, creativity in ice cream desserts knows no limits. The Pastry Gel Plus version also makes it possible to produce excellent milkshakes in a matter of moments.

Level sensor
The risk of running out of ice cream is eliminated: as soon as the reserve level is reached, an icon indicates that the mix in the hopper is no longer sufficient to guarantee proper production.
Consistency setting
Producing ice cream with the desired texture requires full control over one of the most important functions of express ice cream machines: texture. Gelmatic technology never disappoints a palate.
Performance & production
Continuous production
Reduced start-up times mean the machine runs for exactly as long as the desired production requires.
Extruders
The dispensing block is fitted with a hose and special extruders for easily filling moulds of different shapes and sizes.
Refrigerated hopper
Reliability means constant control of the production parameters; the refrigerated hopper keeps the temperature of the mix at 4 °C and therefore within the safety limit. If the hopper temperature measured by INCODIS differs from the actual temperature, the reading can be calibrated.
Direct expansion cylinder
Efficient heat transfer ensures faster cooling of the mix. All of this benefits the extremely fine "snowflake" structure of the ice cream, which enhances flavour perception.
Agitator Sf2
The geometry of the beater ensures minimal impact on the ice cream while preserving its structure. Every detail is designed to also improve the mixing process during the preparation phase.
Pump production
The transition of the mix from a liquid to a creamy state is a delicate stage of express ice cream making. The gear-driven pressure pump system increases productivity and allows production to be adapted to specific requirements.
Standard mixer
The frequency-adjustable mixer is a valuable aid for the maturing process of the mix and for maintaining an even temperature in the hopper.
Hygiene, maintenance & connectivity
Lid
Robustness, aesthetics and operational functionality are the requirements behind the design of every detail of Gelmatic machines. The lid makes it easy to inspect and refill the hopper, all with the highest standards of hygiene.
Cleaning kit
Every machine requires continuous maintenance and special care in order to perform at its best. Every machine is supplied with a kit for correctly carrying out rinsing and sanitising procedures.
Special standard equipment
A special tap fitted with a nozzle or shower head and mounted on the hopper surface speeds up both rinsing procedures and flavour changes.

Dimensions
